ALEXANDER RODGERS(marker broken but readable), died, May 14, 1867, age 79yrs 2m 5dys

*MARGARET CULTON (top of marker broken off, plainly readable), wife of ALEXANDER RODGERS,died AUG 25, 1847,  age 59yrs 1 mo ?dys

*ISABELLA RODGERS (marker intact and standing) wife of, ANDREW E. JACKSON, died, FEB 28, 1852,age 31yrs 8mo 25dys. (Isabella died as result of childbirth with daughter, Margaret Isabella, born Feb 23, 1852.  Margaret married, Lyman William Moody and died Feb 13, 1940 in Cass Co.  Andrew Eastman Jackson was born, Feb 1818 in VA, died in Hartford, Van Buren Co, MI, July 19, 1900, age 82y)

*MARGARET RODGERS (marked) wife of, ANDREW L. BURKE, died Sept 25, 1856, age 29yrs 8mo 25dys.  Margaret died in childbirth with daughter, Martha.  Andrew Lewis Burke and Margaret Rodgers were married on Sept 4, 1836 in Cass Co..children were Eliza br 1842, Alexander Rodgers br 1849, Rebecca br 1852 and Martha br 1856.  Andrew Lewis Burke was born Sept 6, 1811 in VA, died Berrien Co, Nov 6, 1888, he had married a second time to, Margaret C. Thomas (1837-1902)  All buried in Silverbrook Cem, Niles, MI)


*SAMANTHA RODGERS (marker worn)  daughter of S. & M. RODGERS, died Dec 12, 1864, age 20yrs 5mo. ("S" is Samuel Irons Rodgers and "M" is Margaret Burke, married in Cass Co on 8-23-1832)


Correction for the DREW family......HARVEY LINFORD  DREW, was born 1-6-1839 in Cass Co, son of Oliver (1802-1853) and Ann (Wood 1818-1848) Drew.  He died in San Bernardino, Co, CA.  Harvey married ALPHA ALDRICH (1842-1910) 2-20-1866 after he returned from the Civil War. They went to California in company of his brother, Dr. PETER GREEN DREW (1844-1914) and both families. Harvey DID NOT die here in Cass Co.
