Formerly of Sturgis
Died June 22, 2001 in Grand Rapids. Surviving are 4 children and their spouses;
24 grand children; 19 great grandchildren; 2 sister and 1 brother.
Friends may call at Rosenberg-Schipper Funeral Home, Ltd. of Sturgis after 4:00 pm Monday, where the family wil receive friends Monday 4-9 and Tuesday 4-9 pm., with a Rosary at 7:00 pm. Funeral Mass at Holy Angels Catholic Church, Sturgis on Wednesday at 11:00 am. Internment in Oaklawn Cemetery. Memorials to Holy Angels Catholic Church

HUDSON, MRS. ERNESTINE O. - Battle Creek Enquirer – July 17, 1944
Mrs. Ernestine O. Hudson, 28, wife of Lloyd Hudson, died at 4:10 p. m; Sunday
at a local hospital one week after undergoing a casarean operation.
Surviving besides her husband, is a one-week old son, another son, and a daughter, her parents, four sisters and two brothers.
 Mrs. Hudson was born in Kalamazoo and came to Battle Creek 18 years ago. She attended St. Philip Catholic school and was a member of the church.

HUDSON, FREDDIE "RAY" - Battle Creek Enquirer – April 30, 1976
80, of Urbandale, Fla., who was  a former resident of Battle Creek and Kalamazoo died Thursday in Winter Haven (Fla.) hospital after a long illness.
He was born in Shepherd and lived in Battle Creek during the 1920's and 30's, when he was employed by Battle Gas. Moving to Kalamazoo, he worked for more than 25 years with Precision Castings, retiring when the company closed.
He moved to Florida about six years ago.
Hudson was preceded in death by two wives, Lulu in 1941 and Betty in 1967.
He is survived by his wife; 2 sons; 2 daughters; stepdaughter; a brother; a sister; eight grandchildren, and several great-grandchildren.
Services will be  11 am. Monday At Langeland Memorial Chapel in Kalamazoo.  Memorial contributions may be to the Heart Fund.

HUDSON, ROY O. - Kalamazoo Gazette – July 17, 1976
Passed away Saturday morning July 17, 1976
 Mr. Hudson was born in Bangor, MI. Son of Albert and Lillian Hudson and had been a resident here most of his life.
He was a veteran of World War 1 and before his retirement had been employed by the Precision Casting Company.
Surviving are his wife Lilly, and one daughter, one granddaughter and three sisters, and several nieces and nephews.
Memorial services will be held Monday at 1 o'clock at the Langeland Chapel, 622 S. Burdick with Rev. John W. Vick of the First Freewill Baptist Church officiating.
Interment in Mt. Ever-Rest Cemetery. Friends may call at the Chapel.
