Van Kirk, Thomas Jones.
Born 1855 & died Dec. 5th, 1937 in Kalamazoo, he married Carrie Eugenia
Denison on Dec. 28th, 1897. They had 2 daughters, Alice
VanKirk (m. Paul Travis) & Abby Jane Van Kirk (m. Ernest Tozer). They
lived on Portage Rd. Carrie Denison is the daughter of Hiram Denison
(Postmaster in MI) & Louisa (nee Kelsey) McOmber Denison. Photo Circa 1905.

grew up in Yorkville, MI. Ruth was Valedictorian of Kellogg High School
