George A. Custer. Injured at Gettysburg but continued to serve until
mustered out at Ft Leavenworth, KS. His three brothers served also but
only one returned.
- Harry D. McFall, born 1895, Algoma Tp., Kent Co., MI, died 1959,
Rockford, MI. Served with the U. S. Army in Russia during WWI.
- Larry and Harry McFall - Larry served with the U. S. Navy in the pacific
during WWII, died 1991 in Grand Rapids, MI. Harry served in the U. S.
Army, WWII.
- Nancy Phillips, MSgt Retire, served U. S. Air Force from just after the
Vietnam War through First Gulf War.
