Third Ward - That part lying south of the continuous line of Lyon Street and east of Division Street.
 

Fourth Ward - That part lying west of the middle of the Grand River and north of Bridge Street.
 

Fifth Ward - That part lying west of the middle of the Grand River and south of Bridge Street.
