Ralph W. Bulkeley, one of the most active in promoting the Peninsular Club program, succumbed to an illness of two weeks’ duration on Thursday, December 29, in Blodgett Memorial Hospital. Because of the great variety of interest in which he had been engaged over his life span of 52 years and ever-widening circle of friendship which he had acquired, his death brought a deep sense of personal loss to hundreds.
