Cooper  Dr. Peter S. Cooper, aged 73, of Grand Rapids died Sept l3, l989 at his home. He was born May 3, l9l6 in Whitinsville, Massachusetts to Titus and Magdalena Cooper. He married Ruth Van Dellen. He lived the past 4 years in Grand Rapids prior to that in Grand Haven for 5 years. He attended Calvin college and graduated from Loyola Univ. Dental School in Chicago. He practiced dentistry for 38 years in Cheboygan, Wisconsin and retired in l98l. Member of the Woodlawn Christian Reformed Church; American Dental Society, Cheboygan Dental Society and Wisconsin Dental Society. He was a WW2 Army Veteran and a former member of 2nd Christian Reformed Church. Survived by his wife Ruth; daughters, Mrs. Harold (Madelyn)Wiersma of Grand Rapids; Mrs. David  (Esther) Pott of Concord Vermont; Dr. and Mrs. Michael (Rebecca) Novak of Grand Rapids; Mrs. David (Cynthia) Vanderzwaag of Halifax Nova Scotia, Canada;  9 grandchildren; l great grandchild; sisters, Mrs. Jack Anne Hoekzema of Bellflower California and Mrs. Aleck Flora Vanderbrug of Whitinsville Mass. Preceded in death by a sister, Grace Cooper. A private family memorial service for Dr. Peter S. Cooper will be held at Lee Memorial Chapel at Lake Forest Cemetery with Rev. Eugene Los officiating. Friends are invited to meet the family 7-9 Sunday at the home of a daughter at 27l5 Elmwood SE. Grand Rapids. Memorial contributions may be given to Woodlawn Church Chapel fund. VanZantwick-Bartels-Kammeraad  Grand Haven.
