Death of Mr. John L. LASOTTA

Age 48, Of Grand Rapids, passed away unexpectedly Thursday, April 2, 1998.  He was preceded in death by his father, John LA SOTTA.  Surviving are his wife of 18 years, Ann; his son, Jon LA SOTTA; mother, Rose LA SOTTA of Blissfield, MI; mother and father-in-law, Elda and Jerry SARNO of Covert, MI; 4 sisters, Marjorie NOLL of Hillsdale, MI, Arlene and Wendell HULL of Las Cruces, NM, Angie and Harold ROUGET of Bay City, MI, Diane and Jim WITT of Chicago, IL; many nieces and nephews.  John was currently the Dean of General Studies at Kalamazoo Valley Community College.  The Funeral Liturgy will be offered 10 a.m. Monday at St. Jude Catholic Church, 1120 4 Mile Rd. N.E. in Grand Rapids, (Meet at the church), with Rev. Thomas Vesbit as Celebrant.  Interment in Plainfield Twp. Cemetery, Belmont, MI.  Relatives and friends may meet his family at the Reyers North Valley Chapel in Grand Rapids from 7-9 p.m. Saturday, 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Sunday, where a Wake Service!
