A Decoration Day Parade in Lowell 35 years ago: At the head of the column is seen Benj. Morse, at that time commander of Joseph Wilson Post, G.A.R. of Lowell. The color bearers in the picture are Hiram Aldrich and O.D. Rolf. The fifth man from the front is R. B. Boylan, while next in order are Reuben Quick and W. H. Eddy. It is impossible at this late date to name the others.

Queen’s Float, Centennial Parade: Centennial Queen Emma T. Kropf is seen on the dias. Next in order are the ladies of her court, Dorothy Bieri, Audrey Carey, Bernice Lee, Helen Cahoon, Louise Ryder, Roxie Condon, Essie Condon, Patricia Hefferan, Ruby Eickhoff, Myrtle Jay.
