Mrs. Margaret Strang spent a few days here this week.

Mrs. Lyda Peavey and Mrs. Myrtie Johnson have returned from a week's visit with relatives in southern Michigan and Ohio.

The Misses Gladys and Bertha Ostrander are visiting their sister, Mrs. Louis Woolworth, at Sparta.

Mrs. Eva Pike and children spent a few days with her Mother, Mrs. Burden of Austin.
 
Wednesday February 10, 1937

Franklin Boerma and Dorothy Finch were Saturday visitors at Raymond Staffen's

Mr. and Mrs. Henry Smith and Mrs. Otto Larson were Grand Rapids visitors.

Mr. and Mrs. Herbert Callay of Davison came Sunday for a weeks visit at the A.L. Patterson home.

Friends are very sorry to hear that Mrs. Dessie Hall, a former Hinton resident, is very ill with pnemonia at her Lakeview home.

Arthur and Henry Smith and Raymond Staffen spent Monday in Grand Rapids.

Mr. and Mrs. Theodore Gummer and son of Grand Rapids visited Sunday at Forrest Gummer's.
