address and always fill in the subject line with "OGEMAW LOOK-UP" so the volunteer doesn't delete
your e-mail for fear of a virus.

If you request a lookup, please thank your volunteer for their time. Also, if you request hard copies,
please reimburse the volunteer for their expenses.

The Fair Use Copyright Policy allows lookup volunteers to do minimal look-ups on copyrighted publications.
Please don't abuse this privilege by asking for excess amounts. Don't forget to include all information
necessary to make it easier for the volunteer to pinpoint exactly what you need. Names, dates, publication
names, and page numbers are necessary to make a volunteer's job easier.
