MOSS SCHOOL


The Moss School District #4 is located in the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 7, Township 22 North, Range 2 East, West Branch Township, Ogemaw County, on Fairview Road. The District was annexed to West Branch School in 1956.
Few records exist on who donated the land, who built the school, or who taught there. If you have any information concerning the Moss School, you are asked to contact the Ogemaw County Coordinator, Grace Dooley.
