Palmer School District #5 was located in the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 28, Township 22 North, Range 4 East, Beach Road near Migan Road, Logan Township, Ogemaw County. Few records exist on who donated the land, who built the school, or who taught there. If you have any information concerning the Palmer School, you are asked to contact the Ogemaw County Coordinator, Grace Dooley.
