" WEST POINT " CERTIFICATES

Blue certificates are awarded at the close of each month to pupils who have made during the month a record of 90 per cent, or over in all studies persued, 90 credits in deportment, and have been neither absent nor tardy except for satisfactory reasons.

Red certificates are awarded at the close of each month to pupils whose standings are not less than 80 per cent, or over in all studies persued, 80 credits in deportment, and have been neither absent nor tardy except for satisfactory reasons.

White certificates are given to those not entitled to Blue or Red.

Deportment: 100 credits are given each pupil at the beginning of the month. Decredits from 1 to 3 are charged for misdemeanors, as whispering, idleness, disorder in halls, or violating any of the rules of the school.
