MRS. MARY RUSH DIED LAST SATURDAY

Well Known and Esteemed Lady
Passed Away at Her Home South
of This Place.

Mrs. Mary Rush, one of the best known residents of this section passed away at her home on her farm south of Vanderbilt. She had been in poor health for some weeks and had been confined to her bed for some time. She was 69 years old last March.

The deceased had been a resident of this section for about thirty-five years and was well and favorably known by a large circle of friends. She went about casting sunshine about her and happiness.

She is survived by one son, Ernest Rush, who resides in the Canadian northwest. Mrs. Ernest Rush had been with her several months caring for her during her illness.

The funeral was held from the late home on Tuesday afternoon of this week and was well attended by many friends and acquaintances. The officiating clergyman was the Rev. Fred Matthews of the Methodist Church.
