JAMES posted by Mary Ann Wycoff on Monday, September 1, 1997
I am seeking information on a JAMES family in Ontonagon county. I know that this family ties into the research that I'm doing on JAMES ( and others) in Wisconsin, MN, and the UP of Michigan, but haven't been able to tie them in yet. Thomas JAMES (about 1832-1890) married Elizabeth (about 1835-1902). They had 3 boys named William T James (1865-1916), Houghten James (1867-1912) and James H James (1860-1908). I have Wm T James obituary and I have transcripts of their headstones. I am anxious for more informtion to tie them into my tree, and I am happy to share information.
