Moshier-Mosher
My great grandfather, George W.
Moshier-Mosher came to Huron Co around 1869 where he married my
ggrandmother, Margaret Ann Bennett.
He was b Aug. 8, 1846 (not sure where;
have NY and upper Canada)
Margaret Ann Bennett b May 29,
1829 near Mancester, Ontario, Canada.
They were married (according to family
bible) June 17, 1869 at United Brethren Church, Merrian, Sanilac
Co., Michigan.
In Deckerville History at library, he
was listed as the first vet to come to the Deckerville area.
Great grandson, George Walton Mosher
told me that they came from White Rock to Deckerville area.
Lived near Cederdale.

Mosher b February 19, 1872 (He said he was b Beach, Ontario, Canada)
But know that he was in the fire that went across Michigan because
he had gotten his first pair of boots and had hidden them in the
barn so that his brother could not wear them and went to retrieve
them and almost didn't make it into the water. At the time he
was 7 or 8 years old.

My grandfather George Washington
Mosher married Kate-Katherine Gray November 15, 1897. The Gray
Family also settled in the area. Know that Lottie Gray was
born in Palms, MI (grandmother's sister)
