I am searching for any information on the LOHR families that resided in the area of Ruby, Saint Clair Co, MI, about 1930. Andrew LOHR was the father of Milton, Alonzo "Lon" and Edna. I would appreciate any info you can give me on this family.

LASHBROOK / WONCH - I am looking for information on the LASHBROOK and WONCH families from St. Clair County. David and Maria LASHBROOK settled in Kimball Township around 1840, they came from New York. The WONCH family originated in Bonn, Germany and may have come to St. Clair county via Canada. Joseph WONCH married Melvina LASHBROOK around 1890. Any information is appreciated.

LUCKHURST Charles; b.Dec. 17 1884 in Sarnia, Ontario. Family stories tell me that his bride was from Port Huron,MI. It is also believed that he lived the last years of his life in Port Huron, and was buried there. If anyone has Cemetary listings in this area, I would greatly appreciate a lookup, as Charles was my GGGrandfather.

Looking for children of Pierre DUCHENE (1815 - 1852) and Marie BERNA or BERNIER. They married in 1843 in China, St. Clair County. Marie is believed to have died in childbirth about 1849. Michael b. abt 1843, Jeanette, b. abt 1845, Frances b. abt 1847 and Lafy b. abt 1849 are shown in the 1850 census of St. Chair County as living with Joseph and Madeleine Muscow in the town of Ira. Neither Pierre nor Marie are found in this census. Pierre later married Sophie / Josephine ROY or KING in 1853 at Anchorville, southern St. Clair County. Pierre and Sophie later raised their children in Port Austin, Huron County where Pierre died in 1872. Sophie died in Alpena in 1902. Can anyone help fill the missing?

I am looking for information on Samuel Curtis SASSANELLA, Born 8 Feb. 1894, died 30 June 1974. And his parents Vito SASSANELLA and Pauline. Samuel was a retired baker in Port Huron. He is buried in the Lakeside Cemetery in Port Huron. I have been unable to find much information on this family, any help would be appreciated.

CARDINELL, Elias, born 4/19/1821 in Canada, died 10/19/1890 in Wales Twp., Would like to know if other childred other than George H. CARDINELL, born Capac, about 1861. Would also like to know origination in Canada. Father was Franklin CARDINELL, born in Canada. George H. married Wilhelmine Hulde PALLAS 6/09/1884 in Capac. She had brother named Henry PALLAS.

I am looking for information on my husbands family. His mother Margaret DRADER died in 1972 in St. Clair Co. and my husband Don SANGER and his sisters Ruth and Lonna have not been in touch with this side of the family since. Margaret was married to Wesley SANGER. He died in the late 1980's possibily 1988 or 1989. Margaret was born in 1925, and Wesley was born in 1918. Also any information on their parents would help.

I am searching for info on the BODDY family. My great, great grandfather settled in Sanilac County. There were some other BODDY's in the area that Some lived in Sanilac County and some in St Clair County. The following were born in Ireland in the early 1800's (1809-1840) John BODDY, William BODDY, Edward BODDY, Samuel BODDY. They may have been brothers. Any info on any BODDY in any county of Michigan would be appreciated. William's son, Silas BODDY, lived in St Clair Co. John's children were John, Sarah, Edward, Ellen, Catherine, George, Robert, Thomas.

Looking for more information on my great great grand mother Amy WEEKS Born in 1820 in China, St. Clair Co., MI. She married 2 Oct. 1842 in China, St. Clair Co. MI. Elbridge Gary MARKS. Amy died 8 Nov.1859 Elbridge died 8 Apr. 1905 they are both buried in the cemetery in Starrville St. Clair Co. MI. In the census of 1840 there was listed a James WEEKS as head of household in China he was born 2 feb. 1796 in Westchester, NY. state. He had 10 children: Marion born in NY. Alfred or Alford born in NY. Mahalah born in NY. Marvin born in 1814 in NY. (Married Clarissa MARKS in 1844 in St. Clair Co.) Caroline born 1822 in St.Clair Co. William born 1824 in St. Clair Co. James born 1827 in St. Clair Co. Adelia born in St. Clair Co. Sarah Jane born in St. Clair Co. A lot of the family is buried in the cemetery in Starrville. MI. I believe James WEEKS was the father of Amy WEEKS but I am not sure.
