Death Takes Rev Leosh

John Rev Leosh was born the son of William and Celestia Leosh in Wise 
township, Isabella county, July 24, 1891.  He passed away very suddenly from a 
heart attack March 2, 1958 at Grant, Michigan where he moved in 1943.

Rev as he was known by his friends, was united in marriage to Myra Huntley of 
Clare and she preceded him in death.  He was a member of the Newaygo First 
Baptist church.

He leaves to mourn their loss three brothers, Frank of Grant, Alvin and Ivan 
of Clare, also two sisters, Mrs. Lila Merki [sic] and Mrs. Philla Goodenow, of 
Clare, besides nieces, nephews and cousins and many friends at Grant and Clare.

The body was brought to Clare where funeral services were held Tuesday 
afternoon, March 4 from Clare Baptist church, with Rev. Gerrit Schut 
officiating and burial in Cherry Grove cemetery.

Funeral arrangements were by Clarence Peischel of Newaygo.
