She was united in marriage to Albert Culver, August 22, 1899. Two children were born to this union, Orla aged ten years old and little Illa only four days old. She had been in very poor health during the last five years of her life. She was a loving wife and mother and a good, kind neighbor. She leaves a husband, two children and two brothers besides a host of friends to mourn their loss. The funeral services were at the U. B. Church Thursday afternoon at 3 o'clock. Rev. C. D. Jarvis officiating. The remains were taken to Lansing Friday morning and were laid peacefully at rest in Mount Hope cemetery. Those who attended the funeral from a distance were her two brothers, Jerry and Floyd Steward of Delta, Mr and Mrs George McCormick, Mrs Emma McCormick, Mrs Helen Eldridge all of Albion.
