Glaza February 11, 1920 - August 17, 1971 NEW HAVEN Frank J. Glaza, 51, of 5730 Gratiot Road, died Tuesday in St. Joseph's Hospital, Mt. Clemens, after a long illness. Born February 11, 1920, in Detroit to the late Mr. and Mrs. Vincent Glaza, he lived in Paris Township, Huron County. He served with the U.S. Army Signal Corps in World War II from October 1, 1942, to October 19, 1945. Mr. Glaza lived in Detroit after the war. He was a member of the Mt. Clemens VFW Post No. 1794. He is survived by a son, James F. Glaza, Sterling Heights; two daughters, Mrs. Edward Maley, Warren, and Mrs. William Roberts, St. Clair Shores; five grandchildren; three sisters, Mrs. Bertha Lendzion, New Haven; Mrs. Theresa Pionk, Detroit, and Mrs. Stanley Olshove, Warren. Remains will be in the Zinger Funeral Home, Ubly, after 7 p.m. Wednesday. The Rosary will be recited at 8 p.m. Thursday in the funeral home. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Friday in St. John's Catholic Church, Ubly, with Rev. Bernard Skornla, of St. John's, officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
