James Michael Learman
August 31, 1976 - April 2, 1996
James Michael Learman, age 19, of Harbor Beach, passed away on Tuesday at his 
home.  He was born August 31, 1976 in Harbor Beach, son of John and Ilene 
(Kociba) Learman.  James was a graduate of Harbor Beach High School class of 
1994.  He was a member of the FFA. James enjoyed playing softball and other 
sports.  He was employed at Gemini Plastics in Ubly and attended St. Anthony's 
Catholic Church in Helena. 

He is survived by his parents John and Ilene Learman of Harbor Beach, six 
sisters, Mary Jo (Russell) Seltz of Ruth, Nancy Learman of Wixom, Janice Learman 
of Bad Axe. Renee, Sandy Learman of Harbor Beach, seven brothers Paul Learman of 
Port Hope, Gary, Johnny, Rick, Matthew, Eric and Darrin Learman all of Harbor 
Beach, maternal grandparents Leon and Susie Kociba of Bad Axe, paternal 
grandmother Evelyn Learman of Harbor Beach, two nieces Carisa and Alicia Seitz 
of Ruth, and several aunts uncles and cousins. 

Services were Friday at St. Anthony's Catholic Church in Helena. Fr Michael 
Dunckel pastor officiated.  Published Harbor Beach Times Thursday April 11, 
1996.
