Lake Odessa Wave - December 27, 1945
          CHARLES BARKER DIED FRIDAY

   Charles Barker, 66, a resident of the northwest part of Woodland township for
several years was found dead 
from a heart attack in the yard at his home Friday.  Barry County Coroner Dr. Guy C.
Keller said death was due 
to natural causes.  He is survived by two brothers, Norman and George, Lake Odessa
residents.

   The funeral was held from the Wortley & Baine chapel in Lake Odessa, Monday
afternoon, the Rev. E. 
Augustus Shulls, officiating, and burial was in Lakeside cemetery, Odessa township.
