The Ionia Daily Sentinel-Standard, Tuesday, March 20, 1923


Word was received here Wednesday of the death of Aaron Beasley, of Houghton 
lake, a resident of Shiloh a number of years ago.  The body was expected to 
arrive here Friday for burial, the grave was in readiness and the church warmed 
for a 2 o’clock funeral, but no word was received until late in the day when 
news came that because of the severe storms in the north and bad condition of 
the roads the body probably would not arrive before Monday night or Tuesday.
