Ionia Daily Sentinel-Standard 3/27/1939
    DAILY SENTINEL STANDARD, IONIA, 3-27-1939:  Funeral services for Mrs.
Barbara Meyers Bennett, 85 years, of Ionia will be held Tuesday at 2:00 from
Meyers Funeral Home.
   She died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Anna Faulkner, 414 Division
Street, Saturday afternoon, at 5:00 following a serious illness of 3 weeks.  She
had been in poor health since June.
   She was born in Tonawanda, New York 2-1-1854 and was the last of 7 children
born to the late Christian and Amelia Myers.  Her husband Theodore preceded her
in death 20 years ago last January.  She had lived with her daughter 17 years
and previously lived in Berlin Township; west of the Little White Church. 
Surviving besides her daughter, Anna, are another daughter Miss Alvina M.
Bennett of Ionia, 2 sons Atwood D. of Alden, New York, and Albert L. of Ionia."
