Lake Odessa Wave - Thursday July 12, 1945

MRS.FRANK GANIERE DIED SUNDAY EVE.

Mrs.Emma Ganiere, 78, died Sunday evening at Pennock hospital following a few 
days of illness. She was born in Caro, February 22, 1867, and was married to 
Frank Ganiere of Lansing, November 13, 1914. They lived in Lansing where 
Mr.Ganiere was Superintendent for the Reo Motor Company for several years. They 
moved to Lake Odessa in 1920 and retired to a farm three miles southwest of 
here.

Mrs.Ganiere is survived by her husband, one daughter, Mrs.Pearl Wynn in Detroit, 
two sisters Mr.Minnie Gibson and Mrs.Sara Rose at Caro.

Funeral services were held at the Wortley & Baine Chapel Wednesday afternoon 
with the Rev. J.Lawrence Ward, pastor of Central Methodist Church officiating 
Burial was in Lakeside cemetery.
