Sentinel-Standard - Tuesday, May 8, 1956

George Gee, 84, of 1129 Woodlawn, Lansing, died Monday afternoon at a 
Lansing hospital. He had been a resident of Lansing for seven years coming 
from Muir and was a farmer in Ionia County for the past 35 years.

Surviving are six sons, Ronald of Alanson, Robert of Fenwick, Vernon, 
Maurice and Carl of Lansing and George Jr., of Springport; two daughters, 
Mrs. Sid Sage of Laingsburg and Mrs. Hilda Miller of Park Lake; 26 
grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren. 

The body will be at the Estes-Leadley funeral home in Lansing until 10 
o'clock Thursday morning, May 10. Funeral services will be held at the 
Church of Christ, Muir, at 2 o'clock Thursday afternoon. Burial will be in 
Muir cemetery.
