Carl A. Heiden, 65, of South Haven died at his home after being in ill health 
for several years.  He was born in Ionia January 8, 1886, and spent most of his 
early life in Ionia.  He later moved to South Haven when he was employed at the 
Overton Manufacturing company until several years ago when he retired.

Surviving are his wife, Anna; and a sister, Mrs. Gust Henschel, of Milwaukee, 
Wis.

Funeral services will be conducted at 4 p.m. Sunday at the home at 225 VanBuren 
street, South Haven.  Graveside services will be held by the Rev. R. A. Rook at 
Highland Park cemetery Monday at 2 p.m.
