                             ELIZABETH I. HODGES

IONIA-Private funeral services for Elizabeth I. Hodges, 80, who died at her 
residence Sept.8, were held Thursday at 11 a.m from the Montgomery-Leddick 
Funeral Home with the Rev. Fred Brucker of SS.Peter and Paul officiating.

She was born n Chicago Nov. 18, 1904, the daughter of Stanley and Pauline 
Cicocki Beecher. She was raised in Boyne City and attended Boyne City High 
School.

She was married to Elliott Hodges Oct. 12, 1924, in Detroit.

She was employed at Trojan Knitting Mills in Ionia sand the Lyons Chrysler Trim 
Plant, from which she retired in November 1973.

Surviving are a daughter, Mrs.Harold (Betty Jane) Grundy of Harrison; a son, 
Hugh Hodges of Big Rapids; a grandson and  nieces and nephews.

Memorials are suggested to charity of choice.
