Justin D. Hokanson, 8, son of Mike and Roxanne Johnson of Lake Odessa passed
away Thursday, June 5, 1997 at his residence.  He was born on May 9, 1989 in
Kalamazoo.

He is survived by his parents, Mike and Roxanne Johnson; one brother, Fred
Hokanson at home; two step brothers, Chad and Craig Johnson; grandparents, Chuck
and Elizabeth Bursley of Woodland and Rose Johnson of Lake Odessa; great
grandparents, Richard and Mildred Brodbeck of Woodland; one great aunt, Avis
Dillenbeck of Woodland; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.

Funeral services were held Monday, June 9, 1997 at the Zion Lutheran Church with
Rev. Alan Sellman officiating.  Burial took place at Woodland Memorial Park. 
Memorial contributions may be made to the Zion Lutheran Church Elevator fund or
the Freedom Acres School.  Arrangements were made by the Koops Funeral Chapel,
Lake Odessa.
