            FREDERICK JACKSON DIES AT AGE OF 72
                                  ---------------
   After a long illness, Frederick Jackson died at his home in Campbell township
Sunday.  The funeral was held 
at the Wortley & Baine chapel Tuesday afternoon.  The Rev. Charles E. Thies
officiated and burial was in 
Lakeside cemetery.
  Those from away who were in attendance at the funeral were Rupert Jackson and
sister Mrs. Reva Knudson 
of Cleveland, O., Burton Ernsberger and Burt Jackson of Flint, Basil and Ted Jackson
of Lansing, Mr. and Mrs. 
Irving Jackson of Grandville Marion Snyder and Mr. and Mrs. Burt Batchelder of Grand
Rapids.
   Mr. and Mrs. Ted Lamberson, Mrs. Mary Gilbert, Mrs. Eva Joslin, Mrs. Lewis
Cheyne, Mrs. Ada Richmond, all 
of Belding, Mrs. Blanch Joslin and George Irwin of Muskegon, Mr. and Mrs. Jud King
of Crystal, and Mrs. 
Vivian Tischer of Saranac.
