Daily Standard - Tuesday, Nov. 2, 1915

Thomas Kench, who was stricken ill several weeks ago with blood poisoning, and 
who suffered a relapse about a week ago, died this morning at 4:15 o'clock, at 
the home corner of Allen and Morse streets. Deceased was aged 37 years, and 
was born in England, coming to America with his parents when he was five years 
old. The parents were many years residents of Ionia, but some three years ago 
moved to Kenosha, Wis. The funeral will be at the Methodist church at 2:00 
o'clock, Thursday afternoon; burial at Highland Park.
