Ionia Sentinel-Standard - Mon. May 11, 1970

LAKE ODESSA- Mrs. Ida Leak, 97, died Sunday at Provincial house in Hastings 
where she had been a patient seven months. She was born January 28, 1873 in 
Eaton County the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Mark Gray.

August 147, 1889 she was married to Christopher Leak who died in may 1944. They 
had lived on the farm and after retirement moved to Woodbury in 1939.

She leaves a son, Leon of rural Lake Odessa; two grandchildren and 10 great 
grandchildren; one sister, Mrs. Maud Post of Hastings.

Funeral services will be Tuesday at 3:30 pm at Pickens funeral chapel in Lake 
Odessa. Interment will be at Sebewa Baptist Cemetery.
