Ionia County Shopper's Guide, 26 Apr 2008

Marian A. McVay, age 86, of Lake Odessa, passed away April 20, 1008.  Survivors
include her children: Joanne (Wes) Emery, Catherine (Robert )Roush, Lois (David)
Downing, and Wes (Gail) McVay; grandchildren: Brad Emery, Lisa Emery, Rob (Becky)
Roush, Treyor Downing, Paula (Darren) Downing-Copeland, Shelly McVay and Mallory
(Chris) McVay-Shattuck; 6 great grandchildren; siblings: Marvel Bessmer, Ariene
(Vance) Lackey, Phillis Lackey, Roger (Beverly) Scheidt, and Peggy (Jim) Rider; and
in-laws, Esther Scheidt and Charles Farrell.  The funeral service will be held at
the Koops Funeral Chapel at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 26.  Interment will be in
Lakeside Cemetery.  The family suggests that in lieu of flowers, memorial
contributions made to Hospice House of Mid-MI.
