Ionia Sentinel Standard, 27 Jul 1965

Funeral service was Monday afternoon for Charlie R. Myers, 78, who died Saturday
at his home, 159 Oak street.  He had resided in Ionia 50 years.  Elder Claude E.
Fell of Seventh-day Adventist church officiated and interment was at North
Plains cemetery.  Bearers were Robert Tribble, Robert Bennett, Walter Bennett,
Herbert Hatt, Danny Smith and Lyle Beattie.

Attending from out of town were Mr. and Mrs. Robert Brown of Detroit, James
Johnson of Lansing, Mrs. Ella Buffin of Grand Rapids and Mr. and Mrs. Lyle
Beattie of Saranac.
