Loren P. Nash 61, Died in Cheboygan

Loren P. Nash, 61, of Grand Rapids and former Clarksville resident passed away 
at a hospital at Cheboygan Friday after a short illness. He became ill while 
driving Tuesday on a business trip in that area and was taken to the hospital by 
police officers according to reports received. Mr. Nash, a resident of Grand 
Raids since his marriage was a partner in the Fred Rich Lumber Company. He was 
the son of A.C. and Rilla Nash of Clarksville and graduated in 1920 from the 
Clarksville school.

Surviving are his wife Audrey of Grand Rapids; two daughters, Mrs. Jack Perkins 
of Grand Rapids and Mrs. Henry Jahnke of Caledonia; ten grandchildren and three 
sister, Mrs. Clayton (Reva) Waterman of Grand Rapids, Miss Inez Nash and Mrs. 
Gardner (June) Compton of Clarksville.

Funeral services were held on Monday at 2:30 at the Zaagman Memorial Chapel with 
burial in the Graceland Memorial Park. Rev. Charles Scheid, of the So. 
Congregational Church officiated.
