Lake Odessa Wave o- January 31, 1952
          RITES HELD MON. FOR MARY J. NICOL
   Mrs. Mary J. Nicol 85, widow of James Nicol, passed away at the home of her son
Mr. and Mrs. Thurlow 
Nicol, Saturday after a long illness.  She had been a resident here for 40 years and
Mr. Nicol passed away in 
1923.
   Surviving besides her son are one grandson two great grand sons, a sister Mrs.
May Knapp and a sister-in-
law Mrs. May Jackson both of Sunfield.
   Funeral services were held Monday at 2 at the Pickens chapel with burial in
Lakeside cemetery.  Rev. A. J. 
Pitman officiated.
