James Lee Oyler, 26, of Ionia passed away unexpectedly Aug. 17, 2001 in his 
home.  He was born the son of Larry Oyler and the former Sandra Clark on Sept. 
3, 1974 in Ionia.  Jamie loved being outdoors camping and enjoyed drawing and 
woodworking.

Surviving are his father, Larry (Carol) Oyler of Sheridan; mother, Sandra 
Moore of Ionia; his daughters, Meagan Lori Anna Oyler of Newaygo and Brittney 
Lee Oyler of Grand Rapids; brother, Mike (Gina) Oyler of Newaygo; sister, 
Lorry Lynn (Rodolpho) Garcia of Sheridan; stepbrother, Andrew Lee Sinclair of 
Greenville; numerous aunts and uncles; six nieces and nephews; and his special 
friend, Linda Oakley of Ionia.

Visiting hours for Jamie were held on Monday at the Cook Funeral Home, Rich 
Street Chapel.  Funeral services were held on Monday at the Cook Funeral Home, 
Ionia with Rev. Kenneth Harger of Shiloh Community Church officiating.  
Memorial contributions may be made to the wishes of the Oyler family in care 
of the funeral home.
