Adam Paul Prominski, age 25, of Ravenna, Ohio, passed away suddenly Sunday, 
Oct. 5, 2008 after an automobile accident.

He was born Sept. 13, 1983 in Grand Rapids, Mich., a son of Kenneth Paul 
Prominski and Patricia Mary (nee Kirkwood) Wagner. Adam enjoyed boxing, 
hunting, fishing, golf, snow-boarding, disc golf, holding the refrigerator door 
open and spending time with family and friends.

Survivors include his wife, Vanessa J. (nee Howell) Prominski; son, Lukas P. 
Prominski; mother and step father, Patricia and Patrick Wagner; father and step 
mother, Kenneth and Sally Prominski; sister, Kendal Lynn Prominski, 
stepbrother, Scott Wagner, Nick Frazee and Dan Frazee; mother-in-law, Brenda 
(Jessie Jr.) Moore; father-in-law, John (Becky) Howell; sisters-in-law, 
Stephanie Sines and Tabitha (Mikkel Forney and their children, Toryn, Blake, 
Lakirah, Mikkel, Kahlil and Kamarye and many loving aunts, uncles, cousins and 
friends.

Friends will be receive Thursday from 5-7 p.m.at the Wood-Kortright-Borkoski 
Funeral Home, 703 E. Main Street, Ravenna, Ohio, where funeral services will be 
held at 7 p.m. on Thursday. There will be a memorial service in honor of Adam 
held on Saturday, Oct. 11 at 1 p.m. at Resurrection Life Church, 430 W. Main 
Street in Ionia, with a luncheon following. In lieu of flowers, memorial 
donations may be made to a scholarship fund being established at Huntington
