Sentinel-Std. Tuesday, April 24, 1962

Funeral service will be held at 2:30 Tuesday afternoon at Gorsline-Runciman 
funeral home in Lansing for Mrs. Lucy Read, 67, who died Suddenly Sunday at the 
home of her son, Lawrence Read to Bath. She had been in ill health following a 
heart attack several months ago.

Surviving are four sons, Albert Read of Ionia, Harry D. Read of Williamston, 
Robert of Odessa, Texas and Lawrence Read of Bath; 17 grandchildren and four 
great-grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren.

Burial will be at the Rest Lawn cemetery in Lansing.
