REYNOLDS
James Lowell Reynolds aged 8 of Saranac passed away February 21, 2020. He was 
born October 22, 1935 in Lansing, Michigan the son of Ralph and Ida (Hickey) 
Reynolds. Jim served in the US Army during the Korean War. He married Sandra 
Butcher June 20, 1958 together they celebrated 61 years together.

Jim was a devoted and loving Father, Husband and Son, in his Father's later 
years he would take him hunting and fishing. He was very handy and built his 
own home where he and his wife Sandy raised horses. Jim drove truck for 
Williams Brothers Asphalt, Ken Coryell Trucking and other companies 
throughout his career.

Surviving are his loving wife Sandy Reynolds of Saranac. Children;Kelly 
(Steve) Jasperse of Comstock Park and Kevin Reynolds of Saranac. 
Grandchildren; Lindsay (Tyler) Grab of Grand Rapids, Matthew Vickers of Ohio, 
Michael Vickers of St. Joseph, Katherine (James) Phillips of Grand Rapids, 
Sarah (Clark) Imus of Kalamazoo and Daniel Jasperse of Grand Rapids. Six 
great-grandchildren also survive. 

Jim was preceded in death by his parents, Brother Ken Reynolds, Sisters Sarah 
Pearce, Dolores Taylor and Pat Schwab.

Cremation has taken place. A Memorial service was held at the Saranac 
Community Church Friday, February 28, 2020 at Noon with Pastor Mark Hall 
officiating and visitation one hour prior to services at the church. Those 
wishing may make Memorial contributions to West Michigan Hospice, 4829 E. 
Beltline Ave. NE, Grand Rapids MI 49525. Arrangements in care of Lake Funeral
