ROGERS, KEENE FARMER Had Been Member of Ionia Lodge Many Years: Funeral Monday Charles S. Rogers, aged 45 years passed away at the home in Keene township Friday afternoon at 2 o'clock following an illness of about five weeks with pneumonia. Mr. and Mrs. Rogers reside on the Lee Jones farm in Keene township. Besides his widow Mr. Rogers is survived by six children, Mrs. Charles Youngs, who lives in Berlin township, Fred Rogers, Mary Rogers and Ethel Rogers, who reside at the family home. He is also survived by one brother, Frank Rogers, of Lansing, and two sisters, Mrs. F.H. Oversmith, of Woodland, and Mrs. O.E. Dodes of Grand Rapids. Mr. Rogers had been a member of the Ionia lodge of the Woodmen of America about 10 years. the funeral service will be held from the residence Monday afternoon at 2 o'clock city time. burial will take place in the Easton cemetery.
