Ionia Shopper's Guide-Sat. Feb. 24, 2018
SWEET
Stephen Sweet, age 68, died after a brief illness on February 15, 2018, in
Henderson, Tennessee. Steve is survived by one sister Janice Sweet of Richmond, Virginia; and
Judy Sweet of Henderson, Tennessee; sister-in-law Letitia Sweet of Ionia; sister-in-law
Marsha Sweet of Ionia; brother-in-law and sister-in-law Larry and Kathy Welch of Portland;
many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.He is preceded in death by his
parents, Leo and Pauling (Gee) Sweet, of Ionia; his brother Kenneth Sweet of Ionia; and his
brother, Richard Sweet of Ionia. After retirement, he moved to Henderson, Tennessee. Steve
was an easy going man who loved dogs. His family and friends will always remember him as a
very kind an d giving soul.

No funeral or memorial service is planned at this time.
