Excerpts from Greenville Obituary

                               CHRISTOPHER VARGAS

Died Sunday July 12, 1992 age 23 in a car-pedestrian accident.
Born July 11, 1969 in Belding the son of Dean and Helen Cook Vargas
Graduated from Belding High School in 1990. 
Employed as a custodial Maintenance man. 
Survived by his other, Helen Raya, Belding; grandmother, Kathleen Melendez, 
Belding; great-grandmother, Helen Allen, Belding; a sister, Chantale Raya, 
Belding; a brother & sister-in-law, Patrick & Margie Vargas, Tracy, Calif.; 
several aunts & uncles.
Preceded in death by his father, Dean Vargas. 
Funeral Service will be 11 a.m. Wednesday at Johnson Funeral Home, Belding.
Mr.David E.Marlin officiating, Interment will be in Rest Haven Memorial Gardens.
Visitation is Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at the funeral home.
