Ionia Sentinel-Standard, Sat Jan., 10, 1981
PALO - Joe Wiggins, Rt. 1 Beardsley Road, Carson City, died Thursday at Carson 
City Hospital following a short illness.

He was born Nov. 15, 1902 in Owosso, the son of George and Mary Wiggins. He 
attended Owosso schools. He was married to Margaret Sutliff. She died in 1939.

He came to the Palo area in 1947 and worked for many farmers in that area.

He is survived by a son, Lawrence of Perry; three daughters; two brothers Lyle 
and Alonzo of Holt; two sisters, Mrs. Alma Wright, Shaftsburg, Mi., and Mrs. 
Nellie Emmer of Hazlett; 12 grandchildren; and 15 great grandchildren.

Arrangements by Hull Memorial Chapel in Muir.
Burial in Palo cemetery
