Lake Odessa Wave-Times-Thurs. Sept. 28, 1939

THE BODY OF MRS. BERTHA WILLETS-ABBOT WILL BE BROUGHT HERE FOR BURIAL
Mrs. Bertha Willets-Abbot of Flint died there Wednesday and the body will be brought
to Lakeside cemetery for burial Saturday at 1:30 p.m., after a funeral service at
Flint.

Mrs. Abbot will be remembered as the wife of Herman Richards, who passes away a 
number of years ago. later she married Leo Abbot of Saranac who at that time was
working in the farmers elevator here. They moved to Grand Blanc where he had a good position
and later to Flint where he died.

Mrs. Willets is survived by a daughter Miss Fern Richards.
