Extreme cruelty and non- support follow in the order of their importance as home crackers and contests in each case are promised. Jessie Bennett, a minor, of Attica, asks for divorce from George Bennett. Her maiden name was Goodwin and the parties were married in 1914. She claims extreme cruelty. There are no children. Etta Miller of Marathon township wants a divorce from Elmer Miller. Her maiden name was Turner and the parties were married in 1914. Cruelty and intoxication are cause for action. R. E. Stafford has filed a bill asking for divorce from Phoebe Jane Stafford. Mary Reed of Attica asks for freedom from John Reed on the grounds of cruelty. Her maiden name was Atwell and they were married in 1905. She claims extreme cruelty. The have two children. Allen Erwin of North Branch, a minor, asks for divorce from Orville Erwin on the grounds of cruelty and intoxication. They were married in February 1915. Her maiden name was Martin. There are no children. Naomi Singer of Deerfield township asks for divorce from Harvey Singer on the ground of Non-support. Her maiden name was Comstock and the marriage took place in May, 1913. Hattie May Converse of Lapeer township has filed suit for divorce against Ray David Converse, alleging nonsupport. Charles Hanneman of Oregon township wants a divorce from Emma L. Hanneman, whose maiden name was Loree. Extreme cruelty is the charge. Eva L. Balch of Lapeer asks for a divorce from Edgar Balch on the ground of non- support. They were married in 1898 and her maiden name was Wost. Hannah Bower of North Branch has filed a bill of divorce from Charles Bower. They were married in 1888 and she alleges extreme cruelty. Property matters are involved.
