Born in Carson City
Son of Walter and Lany Herrick
Graduate of University of Michigan (Civil Engineering) 1940
Employed by New York Central Railroad and Conrail
Surviving are his wife, Bess (Sharp); two sons two daughters; two sisters, Mildred 
O'Kelly of Clearwater FL, Mrs. Gayla Smith of Midland and five grandchildren
