LENAWEE COUNTY FAMILY RESEARCHERS

a genealogical society

MEETINGS

Our meetings are held on the first Tuesday of most months.

Meetings run from 6:00 p.m. to ca. 8:00 p.m. with social time & networking from 5:30 until 6:00, so come early and bring a snack if you want.

Meetings typically begin with an educational or informational program lasting about an hour. The program is followed by a refreshment break, a brief (10-15 minutes) GEN 101 (i.e., "Genealogy Basic Training,") topic and a short business meeting.

Watch carefully because they are held at either Sand Creek Community Church located at 6201 Sand Creek Highway in Sand Creek, Michigan; or Lenawee Historical Museum located at 110 East Church Street in Adrian, Michigan.

Hopefully you will see our booth that we share with the Lenawee Historical Museum at the Fair this year!

We try to have a Field Trip or 2 every year to either a records repository or a genealogical library.
