CAPTION: In 1955, the city of Rogers City rejected the sewer bond proposition to borrow
$35,000 for the purpose of extending sanitary sewer facilities within the city. While it was
"no," it only went down by 15 votes, 467 to 452. City voters also rejeced a proposal to install
additional park and recreational facilities. That margin was much wider at 571 to 349.
